VForce3 8-blade reed valve box dedicated to scooters, designed to optimise intake and engine response. Polymer structure coated with viton and carbon reeds to ensure sealing and rigidity. Intended for Sport and Mid-Race engines seeking improvement in low and mid-range performance.

Design and Materials

• The polymer structure coated with viton ensures the sealing of the intake and resists hydrocarbons to limit leaks and preserve the part.
• The V-shaped construction and 8 blades optimise the intake flow to improve the filling of the crankcase and the engine's responsiveness.
• The carbon reeds increase rigidity and reduce resonances for a sharper engine response at low and mid-range speeds.

Usage and Performance

• The optimisation of flow and sealing contributes to improving the power curve mainly at low and mid-range for sharper acceleration.
• The rigidity of the reeds and the reduction of resonances help to free up high revs for a more homogeneous gearing.
