The mixture screw is the basic tool for refining carburation: it affects the mixture at idle and low RPMs, influencing starting, engine smoothness, and throttle response. An essential replacement part when disassembling the carburetor or adjusting after installing jets, it is easy to install and allows for a clear and repeatable adjustment range.
Before replacement, check the condition of the seat and the sealing washer in the FCR body to ensure effective adjustment. For any carburation maintenance, prefer a step-by-step adjustment and test the engine response under real conditions to properly adjust the mixture.
