MOTION PRO Idle Screw Kit Drill & Tap Yamaha (ref. 08-0045)

Designed for riders who modify their fuel delivery, this Motion Pro kit allows for the installation of a standard Mikuni idle adjustment screw directly into the carburetor body. Specifically intended for Yamaha Banshee and Blaster models, it is aimed at riders who have replaced the top cap with a Mikuni model and require access to the idle adjustment.

Usage: drilling and tapping the carburetor body to install the Mikuni idle screw.
Compatibility: Yamaha Banshee and Blaster models (check configuration before installation).
Required materials: drill press or grinder to perform clean drilling.

The kit includes:

1 drill bit (#6)
1 tap (6 mm x 0.75 mm)
2 locking screws with their locking nuts
Instructions

Practical tips: work on a clean surface, protect the fuel lines from shavings, and blow out before reassembly. This kit provides the necessary mechanical tools for drilling/tapping but does not include the Mikuni idle adjustment screw itself.
