ALL BALLS Carburetor repair kit for Polaris 500 Scrambler (Manufacturer part number: 26-1020). Designed for the quad, this kit allows for the refurbishment of the carburetor to restore its sealing and functionality. Ideal during a service or after prolonged storage, it targets worn parts that compromise the delivery and mixing of the air-fuel mixture.
On the road or off-road, a leaking or slipping carburetor results in unstable idling, irregular fuel consumption, and difficult starts. This refurbishment kit provides the necessary components to replace worn parts and properly reassemble the carburetor body, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. It is suitable for both the experienced DIYer and the workshop looking to quickly restore a machine.
Before installation, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the passages and inspect the float and jets to ensure optimal adjustment. Compatible with the following Polaris Scrambler models:
