Features

Carburettor repair kit by MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (manufacturer part no. 26-1022) — the essential for refurbishing the carburettor of your Polaris quad. Designed for a complete restoration, this kit includes the necessary wear parts to achieve clean carburation and precise tuning without surprises on the track or during rides.

Contents: O-rings, flat gaskets, jets (OEM sizes included), needle, mixture screw, float bowl screw, float needle, and seat.
Elastomers: all O-rings and rubber gaskets are made from NBR, providing good resistance to the ethanol found in modern fuels.
Application: specially designed for the carburettors of Polaris SPORTSMAN 400 4x4 models (CH42 / MH42) from 2003 to 2005.
Utility: ideal for replacing worn parts, restoring the float bowl seal, stabilising the float level, and fine-tuning mixture and idle settings.

This kit is sold individually and made from rubber materials and metal components suitable for off-road use. Before installation, check compatibility with your carburettor and follow the recommended tuning procedures to ensure safe and reliable operation.
