This complete set includes essential wear components to restore the hot start mechanism: O-rings, springs, nuts, bellows, and cable guides.

During a carburettor refurbishment, reed pistons and their small parts can easily seize or get lost; worn O-rings or weakened springs lead to starting difficulties or erratic engine behaviour. This kit provides the necessary replacement parts to restore a crisp choke control and a more consistent response at the handlebars.

Product suitable for off-road use — compatible with many common 450 cc models in Enduro/Cross (e.g. Kawasaki KLX 450 R 2009, Suzuki RM-Z 450 2007, Kawasaki KX 450 F 2008). Check compatibility with your carburettor before installation.
