520 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Link by EK CHAIN

The 520 Z 3D motorcycle chain is designed to provide an excellent balance between strength and lightness, thanks to its ThreeD® precision forging architecture. The 3D geometry and assembly precision enhance transmission efficiency, while the Z series is developed to withstand the high torque of large displacement engines, ensuring increased durability under intensive use.

Design and Materials

• 3D forging process reduces the volume on the outer perimeter to minimize stress and balance strength and lightness.
• Beveled outer plates with a 10% weight reduction, contributing to lower rotating mass.
• Hollow axle providing an estimated weight reduction of 5 to 7%, useful for limiting rotating load.
• Optimized inner plate with a 4.1% weight reduction, contributing to improved overall efficiency.

Usage and Performance

• Developed to support the high torque of large displacement engines, offering resistance suitable for powerful motors.
• Precision components and rigorous assembly for more efficient transmission and consistent performance.

Advantages

• OEM Reference 520Z/3D-BK/G 120 MLJ
