520 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Link by EK CHAIN

The 520 Z 3D chain is designed for demanding transmissions, crafted from ThreeD® forging that offers optimised 3D geometry. The reduction of the outer perimeter limits stress while maintaining strength and lightness. The precision of the components and rigorous assembly enhance transmission efficiency for a more consistent power transfer.

Design and Materials

• 3D profile from precision forging reduces the outer perimeter, minimising stress and balancing strength and weight.
• Chamfered outer plates with a 10% weight reduction to limit peripheral mass and lighten the transmission.
• Hollow axle providing a 5-7% weight reduction to decrease mass without compromising strength.
• Optimised inner plate with a 4.1% weight saving contributing to a lighter assembly.

Usage and Performance

• Precision components and rigorous assembly improving transmission efficiency for a more consistent power transfer.
• Z series developed to withstand the high torque of large displacement engines, suitable for demanding uses.
• High strength and durability allowing for reduced replacement frequency in intensive use.

Benefits

• Award-winning Good Design Award® highlighting the functional aesthetics of the product.
• OEM Reference 520Z/3D-BK/G 116 MLJ
• Cross Type indicating a design suitable for off-road and motocross practices.
