520 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Attachment Ring by EK CHAIN

The 520Z ThreeD chain is designed to reduce weight while maintaining high strength through precision 3D forging. The 3D geometry and rigorous assembly enhance transmission efficiency for a smoother response in both road and off-road use. Lightweight components limit rotating mass for a more agile feel without compromising durability.

Design and Materials

• 3D shape derived from a precision forging process for a better balance between strength and lightness
• Beveled outer plates with a 10% weight reduction to lighten the overall assembly
• Hollow axle resulting in a 5-7% weight reduction to decrease rotating mass
• Optimised inner plate with a 4.1% weight reduction for more efficient transmission

Usage and Performance

• Z series developed to withstand high torque from large displacement engines and provide long-lasting performance
• Improved transmission efficiency through precise components and rigorous assembly for smoother operation
• Cross type suitable for demanding off-road applications requiring robustness and durability
