EK 525SRX2 QX-Ring Chain 525 — Manufacturer Ref: 525SRX2-STL 110 MLJ

The 525SRX2 from EK CHAIN is a 525 transmission chain designed for riders looking for a good balance between reliability and price. It is built for urban, motocross, or roadster environments, featuring a standard steel construction with QX-Ring seals to ensure the rollers are sealed and limit lubricant dispersion between the links.

• Type: 525 Chain, QX-Ring
• Number of Links: 110
• Color: Steel / Steel
• Pitch: 525
• Weight: 1.81 kg for 100 links (manufacturer reference)
• Relative Lifetime Index: 3400 (based on 100 links)

Practical for replacement during a service or when changing sprockets/crowns, this chain fits transmissions that accept a 525 pitch. It is particularly suitable for displacements and formats found on models such as Kawasaki Z H2 SE, BMW S 1000 XR, or Yamaha R9 (check the number of links and spacing before installation).

Delivered in raw steel, it requires precise tension adjustment and initial scraping/cleaning before lubrication and commissioning to ensure smooth operation of the transmission.
