530 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Attachment Ring by EK CHAIN

The 530 Z 3D chain features ThreeD® technology: precision forging for a 3D shape that reduces peripheral volume, aiming for an optimal balance between strength and lightweight. Assembled with precision-engineered components to enhance transmission efficiency. Developed in the Z series to withstand the high torque of large displacement motorcycles, it focuses on durability under intensive use.

Design and Materials

• 3D forging process providing optimised geometry to maintain strength while minimising weight, facilitating handling during installation
• Chamfered outer plates with a 10% weight reduction for a lighter appearance and simplified handling
• Drilled axle reducing component mass by 5-7% to lighten the overall assembly without compromising strength
• Optimised inner plate with a 4.1% weight reduction contributing to a more efficient overall design
