530 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Link by EK CHAIN

The 530 Z 3D chain is designed with a 3D geometry derived from precision forging to reduce peripheral volume and limit stress. The design aims for a balance between strength and lightweight, with assembly precision enhancing transmission efficiency for smoother operation.

Design and Materials

• 3D shape achieved through precision forging, reducing the outer perimeter to decrease stress and limit peripheral mass.
• Chamfered outer plates with a 10% weight reduction to lighten the chain's peripheral section.
• Optimised drilled axle and inner plate, with respective weight reductions of 5-7% and 4.1% to lower mass without compromising strength.

Usage and Performance

• Precision components and rigorous assembly improving transmission efficiency for a more uniform power transfer.
• Z series developed to withstand the high torque of large displacement engines, offering strength and durability in intensive use.

Advantages

• Cross type, suitable for off-road and sports practices within the product universe.
• Award-winning design recognised by the Good Design Award® for a functional aesthetic approach.
• OEM Reference 530Z/3D-BK/G 118 MLJ
