530 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Attachment Ring by EK CHAIN

The 530 Z 3D chain is designed to withstand the high torque of large displacement motorcycles, featuring a forged 3D architecture that reduces peripheral volume and limits stress. The precision assembly and optimised components enhance transmission efficiency while reducing the weight of the chain.

Design and Materials

• 3D forging process creates a reduced volume shape on the outer perimeter for a better balance between strength and lightness.
• Bevelled outer plates with a 10% weight reduction for a lighter chain and easier handling during installation.
• Hollow axle showing a 5-7% weight reduction to decrease the total mass of the chain.
• Optimised inner plate with a 4.1% weight reduction for a design focused on improving transmission efficiency.

Usage and Performance

• Z series developed to support the high torque of large displacement motorcycles, offering strength and durability for intensive use.
• Precision components and rigorous assembly for more efficient transmission and smooth engine response.
• Suitable for Supermotard, Trail/Adventure, Vintage/Classic, Touring, Sport/Racing, and Roadster universes for versatile use.

Practicality and Features

• Cross type indicated in the reference for a design suited to off-road demands.
• Attachment designed for riveting (rivet attachment ring) for rivet fastening during installation.
