530 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Link by EK CHAIN

The 530Z 3D chain is designed for high-torque motorcycles, crafted from precision 3D forging to reduce the outer volume while maintaining strength. The precisely machined components and rigorous assembly enhance transmission efficiency and durability for both road and sport use. Targeted lightweight elements decrease mass without compromising strength.

Design and Materials

• Precision 3D forging creates a reduced-volume outer profile to limit stress and better balance strength and lightness.
• Bevelled outer plates with a 10% weight reduction on this part for a more manageable chain during RPM changes.
• Lightweight drilled axle resulting in a 5-7% mass reduction on this component, contributing to smoother overall rotation.
• Optimised inner plate, lightened by 4.1% to reduce inertia and contribute to a more responsive transmission.

Usage and Performance

• Improved transmission efficiency due to the precision of the components, providing a more consistent power transfer between engine and wheel.
• Z series developed to withstand the high torque of large displacement engines, offering strength and durability for intensive use.

Benefits

• Cross type indicating a design suited to the demands of off-road and heavy-duty chain applications.
• OEM Reference 530Z/3D-BK/G 116 MLJ
• Award-winning functional aesthetics with a Good Design Award® for a polished look without compromising functionality.
