530 Z 3D Chain - Qx2 Seals - Rivet Attachment Ring by EK CHAIN

Motorcycle chain from the Z series designed with a ThreeD® forged geometry to reduce stress while maintaining strength. The precision forging and rigorous assembly enhance transmission efficiency. Designed for high-displacement motorcycles, it aims for increased durability in both road and sport use.

Design and Materials

• Forged 3D geometry reducing the volume at the outer perimeter to minimise stress and balance strength and lightness.
• Beveled outer plates with a 10% weight reduction for a lighter and more compact chain.
• Hollow axle providing a 5 to 7% weight reduction to limit the mass of the transmission.
• Optimised inner plate, improving efficiency and reducing weight by 4.1% for a more performant assembly.

Usage and Performance

• Z series developed to withstand the high torque of large displacement engines, ensuring longevity on powerful motors.
• Assembly and precision of components enhancing transmission efficiency for reliable mechanical performance.

Advantages

• Award-winning design with a Good Design Award highlighting integrated functional aesthetics.
• OEM Reference 530Z/3D-BK/G 112 MLJ
