ThreeD 520RV 3D NX Chain - Ring 520 by EK CHAIN

The 520RV ThreeD chain is designed for off-road use and enduro/supermoto competitions, featuring a 3D forged profile to reduce stress while maintaining strength. Precision forging and optimized assembly enhance transmission efficiency and longevity. Lightweight components reduce mass without compromising durability in demanding conditions.

Design and Materials

• 3D precision forging reduces volume on the outer perimeter for a better balance between strength and lightness
• Chamfered outer plates with a 10% weight reduction for a lighter chain and easier handling
• Hollow axle offering a 5-7% weight reduction to lighten the assembly without compromising robustness
• Inner plate focused on improving efficiency with a 4.1% weight reduction for more precise transmission

Usage and Performance

• Designed for off-road, the chain ensures durability and strength suitable for enduro and supermoto competitions
• Improved transmission efficiency thanks to the precision of components and rigorous assembly for a more consistent mechanical response
