The D.I.D chain kit is designed for road use, supplied with a sprocket, C50 steel crown, and 520 ZVM-X chain. It is engineered to replace the entire secondary transmission in a single intervention, making maintenance and upgrades easier. The X-Ring seal minimizes lubricant loss for optimised maintenance intervals.

Design and materials

• D.I.D 520 ZVM-X chain with X-Ring seal for enhanced sealing between links and better lubricant retention
• C50 steel crown and standard steel sprocket for suitable resistance to transmission demands
• Black finish on the chain and crown for discreet integration on the motorcycle

Practicality and features

• Complete kit including sprocket, C50 steel crown, and D.I.D chain for a full replacement in one operation
• Chain supplied with 110 links at a pitch of 520 to check length before installation
• Supplier recommendation to use at least original quality as lower quality kits are not guaranteed; follow this advice to maintain durability

Adjustment and cutting

• Provided gearing 16/48*110 specifying 16-tooth sprocket and 48-tooth crown to replicate the stated configuration
• Rivet-type link on the chain for secure mounting in accordance with riveted assemblies
