EK/PBR 428SHDR Chain Kit 14/46 - Ultra-Light Sprocket
Designed for the muddy and aggressive terrains of motocross, this EK CHAIN kit combines a high-strength 428 chain with an ultra-light aluminum sprocket. Tailored for riders seeking reliability and lightweight performance, it offers a complete solution for the primary drive of small displacement motocross bikes and competition machines.
Key Features:
- Pitch 428, compatible with 14/46 sprocket/crown for a ratio suited to technical courses.
- Gold-colored chain for a durable finish and reduced visibility of wear.
- Ultra-light aluminum sprocket: reduces unsprung mass for a more responsive handling.
- 122 links included — can be shortened for final adjustment.
- Weight: 0.99 kg for 100 links (chain weight index).
- Relative lifespan indicated: 450 (manufacturer reference for wear comparison).
Easy to install on common 85cc models — for example, GAS GAS MC 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85, and KTM 85 SX in 17/14 — this kit meets the demands of motocross: tensile strength, stable behavior under load, and weight reduction thanks to the aluminum sprocket. Manufacturer reference: not provided.
