The EK/PBR chain kit 520SRX2 13/51 is designed for motocross riders looking for a reliable, lightweight, and easy-to-maintain drivetrain. The SRX series combines a good performance/value ratio, with regular improvements integrated to stay up-to-date on challenging tracks.
- Composition: steel/steel chain (plates and rollers).
- Pitch: 520 — suitable for demanding off-road machines.
- Number of links: 114 (delivered long, to be shortened according to installation).
- Sprocket/Crown: 13/51 — traction-oriented configuration for motocross riding.
- Crown: ultra-light hard anodized aluminum for better abrasion resistance.
- Weight: 1.54 kg for 100 links (manufacturer reference).
- Relative lifespan index: 3300 (reference for 100 links).
The hard anodized crown minimizes wear from sand and mud, while reducing the weight of the final drive — an advantage for maneuverability and direction changes on rough terrain. This kit is suitable for lightweight motocross bikes such as the Sherco 125 SE-R FACTORY (2022) and Sherco 125 SC (2019–2020). Regular maintenance and lubrication are recommended to maximize the longevity of the drivetrain.
