EK/PBR 525ZVX3 Chain Kit 15/41 - Hardened Ergal Sprocket by EK CHAIN: a chain kit designed for the final drive of roadsters and large sportbikes. The ZVX series focuses on robustness and longevity with a gold finish that gives a racing look while remaining discreet on the motorcycle.
- Configuration: 15-tooth sprocket / 41-tooth sprocket (delivered with 110 links)
- Pitch: 525 — suitable for high-displacement motorcycles
- Sprocket: Hardened Ergal (aluminum) for a good weight/stiffness compromise
- Color: Gold/Gold finish
- Relative lifespan: 4000 (reference for 100 links)
- Weight: 2.05 kg / 100 links
This EK ZVX chain kit is aimed at riders looking for a high-performance and aesthetic replacement part for the final drive. The sprocket and the crown are sized for direct mounting on many sportbikes (e.g., MV Agusta F4 1000 RR — 2010-2012 models listed), while the 525 pitch ensures robustness suitable for road and light track conditions. The hardened Ergal sprocket reduces weight while providing better wear resistance than a standard aluminum sprocket.
It is recommended to have installation and adjustment done by a professional if you are not equipped: checking the play, tension, and lubrication of the chain are essential to optimize the lifespan of the kit.
