EK/JT 520H 12/47 Chain Kit - Ultra-Light Sprocket by EK CHAIN: a kit designed for motocross riders seeking reliable and lightweight equipment. Manufactured according to EK Japan's standards, this kit combines a 520 pitch chain with an ultra-light aluminum sprocket to reduce unsprung mass without compromising the standard assembly of a final drive.
- Configuration: 12-tooth sprocket / 47-tooth sprocket
- Chain: 520H, 112 links, steel/steel color
- Sprocket: ultra-light aluminum, suitable for off-road use
- Weight: 1.66 kg per 100 links (manufacturer's reference)
- Relative lifespan: index 150 (value for 100 links provided by the manufacturer)
Designed for motocross use, this chain kit fits many classic and modern machines requiring a 520 pitch — notably the Kawasaki KX125 from 1987 to 1989 (KX125E/F/G). Ideal for maintenance interventions or standard final drive replacement, it allows for a clean and reliable installation.
Installation: adhere to the torque specifications for the sprockets and adjust the chain tension according to the manufacturer's recommendations before any ride. A pragmatic choice for demanding riders who want a lightweight final drive that is easy to install and meets EK standards.
