EK/PBR 520M3 Chain Kit 14/52 — a set designed for motocross, combining a high-performance chain and an ultra-light hard-anodized aluminum sprocket. Designed by EK CHAIN to withstand the demands of competition while minimizing friction, this kit is aimed at discerning riders who want reliable transmission on challenging terrains.
- Type: 520M3 Chain Kit (chain + 14-tooth sprocket + 52-tooth sprocket)
- Number of links: 118
- Color: Gold / Gold
- Sprocket material: Aluminum, hard anodization (ultra-light)
- Pitch: 520
- Weight: 1.36 kg for 100 links
- Relative lifespan: 450 (based on 100 links)
The gold finish and robust construction of the PBR chain provide good resistance to abrasion and traction, while the ultra-light aluminum sprocket reduces rotating mass without sacrificing mechanical strength thanks to hard anodization. This kit is particularly suitable for motocross bikes such as the Husqvarna TC 570 (2001-2002), but it also fits other models that accept the 520 pitch and the 14/52 tooth count.
Practical tips: check and adjust tension properly after installation, regularly lubricate the chain according to conditions (mud, dust), and replace the sprocket if the teeth show significant wear to preserve the lifespan of the entire set.
