Features

The EK/PBR 525MVXZ2 15/49-114 chain kit by EK CHAIN includes everything needed to refresh the transmission of a roadster: chain, sprocket, and crown (ratio 15/49) in standard configuration. Designed as an OEM replacement part for road motorcycles from 600 to 1100 cm³, this kit focuses on durability and daily reliability.

Chain: type MVXZ2, pitch 525, 114 links.
Seals: QX-Ring to reduce friction and improve internal lubrication.
Construction: lightweight side plates with cutouts, reinforced diameter pins for better load handling.
Crown and sprocket: steel materials, standard configuration 15/49.
Finish: steel/steel color, functional design focused on longevity.

On the road, the combination of QX seals and heavier pins limits friction losses and ensures a more linear transmission between the engine and rear wheel. The cutouts in the side plates also help reduce a few grams in rotation without compromising strength. This kit is suitable for road use and demanding roadsters: compatible notably with DUCATI DESERT X RALLY, DESERT X DISCOVERY, and DESERT X (2025 - 937 cm³).
