Manufacturer reference: 520XRE-116-CLF — XRE Series transmission chain by RK.

Designed as an OE replacement for mid-sized motorcycles, this 520 XRE chain is aimed at riders engaged in trail/adventure, touring, sports, roadster, enduro, motocross, and supermoto. Its construction combines lightness and robustness to limit rotating mass and ensure precise final transmission between sprocket and crown.

The double XW-Ring seal, combined with three lubricant reservoirs and a vacuum-injected "U" grease, aims to optimise sealing and internal lubrication. The nitrile-butadiene seals and polished/sandblasted link plates enhance wear resistance and reliability in both road and off-road use. Designed using competition-inspired processes, the chain offers high tensile strength to withstand the demands of the final transmission.

To maintain consistent performance: check tension, lubricate, and replace the chain according to manufacturer recommendations. Product sold by RK, ready to be mounted with the supplied rivet.
