ZXW Series Transmission Chain (RK) — Ref. 520ZXW-120-CLF

Designed for demanding riders, the RK ZXW Series chain combines robust materials with a design aimed at minimising maintenance. Its construction from carbon alloy steel and silver finish provide resistance and durability against the challenges of both road and off-road conditions. Ideal for trails, roadsters, sports bikes, touring bikes, supermotos, and vintage machines, it is suitable for transmissions seeking a high-performance 520 chain.

Technology: XW-Ring with 2 lubrication reservoirs and 3 sealing lips for long-lasting lubrication and enhanced protection against dirt ingress.
Construction: triple barrier structure for better lubricant retention and reduced wear.
Technical specifications: 120 links, silver colour, material carbon alloy steel.
Compatible engine capacity: up to 750–1200 cc depending on fitting and configuration.

The ZXW Series aims for increased rigidity for immediate torque transmission during acceleration, while minimising friction losses. Practical for riders who want a reliable chain between the sprocket and the crown, it enhances traction and the longevity of the chain/crown assembly when properly maintained.
