The Malossi Maxi Wing clutch bell is a reinforced part designed for urban 125 scooters. Its distinctive feature is a finely ribbed finned ring that increases the cooling surface and helps dissipate heat generated by the clutch during intense use (traffic, repeated starts, passenger). Made from robust stamped steel, it withstands daily stresses while limiting temperature rise.

The drive area is precisely machined and nitrided for a hard and durable friction surface. The special steel shaft gear, welded and machined, ensures a clean coupling and controlled tolerances. The entire assembly is dynamically balanced to reduce vibrations and preserve the longevity of the drive train.
