Malossi Variator Spring (Ref. 2912478.W0) — Designed for Silver Wing and SW‑T scooters equipped with Multivar 2000 or the original variator. This white spring made of silicon alloy steel features an optimized thermodynamic cycle, defined on the test bench and validated on winding roads and steep slopes.

This variator spring is aimed at urban riders looking for a firmer tuning of the transmission range and consistent variator behavior. Compatible with HONDA SILVER WING 400 and 600 (FJS/SW‑T) for Multivar 2000 and original variator, it replaces the original element to modify the rev curve and torque management in the CVT transmission.
