DPK Series Clutch Kit (Manufacturer part number: DPK214) by DP BRAKES — a complete kit designed for quad and supermoto riders seeking a crisp clutch response, improved longevity, and a more reassuring feel at the lever.
- Composition: friction discs, steel drive discs, and chrome-silicon clutch springs (unless your original clutch uses a reusable diaphragm spring).
- Materials: steel drive plates to prevent expansion and deformation, high-temperature friction components designed for off-road/dual-sport use.
- Springs: precision-wound chrome-silicon, heat-treated and shot-peened for durability and controlled engagement.
- Performance: delivered ready to install — no need for oil pre-soaking — for smooth power delivery and reduced slippage according to manufacturer specifications.
- Practical accessory: hard case lined with foam to protect parts before installation and reusable for transporting or storing tools.
The DPK kit prioritises durability and a firmer clutch feel while providing a slight increase in inertia beneficial for starting and traction. Compatible with many models of quads and supermotos (e.g., KTM XC 525/450 ATV depending on the year), this kit is aimed at the discerning rider seeking reliability and sensations on or off the track.
