DPK Series Clutch Kit (DPK175) — DP BRAKES

This complete DPK Series clutch kit has been designed for demanding quads: friction discs, steel drive plates, and clutch springs (unless the original clutch uses a reusable diaphragm). Delivered in a hard case lined with foam, the kit arrives ready to be installed and transported without risk of damaging the components.

• Construction: reinforced steel drive plates — resistance to expansion and swelling compared to aluminium plates.
• Friction: high-temperature materials, suitable for off-road and dual-sport, designed for smooth power delivery.
• Springs: chrome-silicon wire, heat treatment and shot peening for longevity and maintaining a crisp engagement even with high spring rates.
• Practical performance: race-ready — no need for pre-soaking the discs; does not cloud or contaminate the oil.
• Behaviour: slightly heavier than original plates providing a useful flywheel effect for starting and traction.
• Durability: lifespan claimed to be up to 300% longer than original plates according to the manufacturer.
