DPK Series Clutch Kit — DP BRAKES (Manufacturer Ref: DPK232)

Designed for trails and motocross/enduro bikes, this complete clutch kit replaces OEM plates to restore precise feel and a more linear power delivery. The components are delivered in a hard case lined with foam, convenient for transporting and storing parts before assembly.

• High-Temperature Friction Discs: specifically formulated for off-road and dual-sport use, designed to maintain efficiency without premature degradation.
• Steel Drive Plates: less sensitive to expansion than aluminium, reducing the risk of swelling phenomena and maintaining consistent performance.
• Flywheel Effect: slightly heavier than the original plates to improve starting and traction.
• Race-Ready: no need to pre-soak the discs in oil before installation.
• Durability: formulation and treatments claimed for increased longevity (up to 300% according to the manufacturer) compared to original plates.
• Springs: some kits include chrome-silicon springs that are heat-treated and shot-peened; depending on the original clutch model (e.g. reusable diaphragm), springs may or may not be included.
