DPK Series Clutch Kit - DP BRAKES (manufacturer ref: DPK216): a complete kit designed for quads, intended to replace the original clutch assembly with components tailored for off-road and enduro use. Delivered in a plastic case with foam lining to protect discs and springs during transport.

• Type: Complete (friction discs, smooth steel discs, springs)
• Drive plate material: Steel
• Friction plate material: Cork
• Spring material: Steel (machined chrome-silicon wire)
• Model: DPK Series
• Universe: Quad — examples: Kawasaki KFX 450 R 2012–2014

The friction discs of the DPK Series are heat treated and ready to use — no prior soaking in oil required — for immediate power transmission. The smooth steel discs limit deformation and premature wear compared to the original aluminium discs and contribute to an increased lifespan (up to nearly 300% according to the manufacturer). The shot-peened and heat-treated springs aim to reduce slippage and improve lever feel.

Whether you are preparing your quad for a recreational season or looking for a robust solution for amateur competition, this DPK kit offers a complete and ready-to-install configuration designed for the demands of off-road use.
