Features

DPK Series Clutch Kit (DPK176) - DP BRAKES

Designed for off-road riders and motocross enthusiasts, this complete DPK Series clutch kit includes friction discs, steel drive discs, and silicon-chrome springs. The components are delivered in a hard case lined with foam, convenient for protecting and storing the parts before or after installation.

Materials: steel drive discs, chrome-silicon springs, high-temperature friction compounds.
Usage: designed for motocross and dual-sport bikes — formulated to withstand off-road demands.
Delivery: complete kit ready to install; no pre-soaking of the discs required.
Product benefits: increased durability compared to original plates, resistance to disc expansion thanks to steel, calibrated springs to enhance feel and reduce slippage.

The slightly heavier weight of the discs provides a mass effect (inertia) that facilitates starts and traction on loose terrain. The steel discs limit deformation compared to aluminium versions, and the springs benefit from heat treatment for enhanced longevity. Compatible notably with KTM and Husqvarna 85 cc (SX/TC 2017 models).
