Product details :

Features

HINSON Billetproof Complete Clutch — designed for the terrain, adopted by the teams. This complete clutch brings together all the critical components (Billetproof® cover, basket, inner hub, pressure plate, fibre/steel discs, and springs) to replace the original assembly and achieve a sharp and durable response on hard enduro outings or in championships.

Manufacturing: machined parts made from T-6 aerospace aluminium, hard finish for increased wear resistance (up to 5× compared to the original with proper maintenance).
Thermal: design promoting heat dissipation to limit temperature rise during engaged phases.
Behaviour: calibrated assembly for a more positive clutch engagement and more precise disengagement, helping to reduce knocking phenomena.
Track confidence: adopted by numerous factory teams (Team HRC Honda, Monster Kawasaki, RedBull KTM, JGR Suzuki, Wilvo Yamaha).
Delivered complete: ready to install, with all necessary discs and springs for a total refurbishment.

Specifically suited to the Cross universe, this clutch is particularly suitable for high-demand models such as GAS GAS MC 350 F (2023), KTM 250 XC‑F (2023), and HUSQVARNA FX 350 (2022). Manufacturer reference: HC793-1901.
