MALOSSI Fly System Centrifugal Clutch - Bell ø107
Complete centrifugal clutch kit designed for sport scooters and urban use. The Fly System combines the reinforced Fly Clutch and the Clutch Bell made of DC04 steel to provide a robust and consistent solution at the heart of the transmission. Designed to withstand repeated stresses (re-acceleration, starts and stops in the city, riding with a passenger) and temperature variations, this assembly prioritizes longevity and consistent performance.
- Fly Clutch: reinforced centrifugal clutch, developed from Malossi's experience for progressive engagement and increased resistance during intensive use.
- Clutch Bell ø107: bell made of DC04 steel, cold-pressed and then heat-treated (nitriding) to improve surface hardness; central hub made of carbon steel assembled by TIG welding.
- Anti-vibration ring pressed and fixed by 3 evenly spaced weld points; dynamic balancing performed on each piece.
Manufacturer reference: 5219142. Compatible with many urban 50cc scooters — examples: YAMAHA NEO'S 4 (SA61), MBK OVETTO 2T ONE, APRILIA SONIC 50 GP. Part intended for motorcyclists and scooter riders looking for a more robust transmission without compromising daily performance.
