Malossi Fly System Clutch + Bell Ø150 mm — Ref. 5217856

Complete Malossi pack including the reinforced Maxi Fly Clutch and the Maxi Wing bell (Fly System). Designed for urban scooters with variator drive, this Ø150 mm kit aims for robustness in intensive use: frequent starts, stop & go traffic, carrying a passenger, and uphill demands. The set combines enhanced mechanical strength with a bell optimized to limit overheating and preserve the longevity of the drive components.

• Robust stamped steel housing to withstand stresses.
• Special steel gears for the transmission shaft, welded and reworked for precision.
• Machined friction surface with minimal tolerances and treated (nitriding/hardening).
• Ribbed bell with a reinforcing ring for better heat dissipation and stability at high rotational speeds.
• Dynamic balancing performed at the factory; base configuration provided after endurance tests.

Result: a clutch ready to withstand demanding urban use while offering a responsive start and reliable low-speed response. Check the Ø150 mm diameter for compatibility with your model before installation and follow the installation recommendations.

Note: comply with local regulations and manufacturer recommendations regarding homologation and use.
