Complete centrifugal clutch kit designed for urban and sporty scooters: the Fly System combines the reinforced Fly Clutch with the DC04 steel Ø160 mm bell. Designed for demanding uses — frequent starts, dense traffic, mountain climbs/descents, or carrying a passenger — this clutch assembly aims to provide a smoother transmission response and withstand thermal and mechanical stresses.
- Fly Clutch: reinforced centrifugal clutch for increased durability during intensive use in the city or on winding roads.
- Clutch Bell (Ø160 mm): made from cold-pressed DC04 mild steel, carbon steel hub assembled by TIG welding, anti-vibration rim stamped and secured by three evenly spaced weld points.
- Fully balanced production at 100% and soft nitriding heat treatment to improve wear resistance.
- Delivered as a kit to simultaneously replace the clutch and bell, simplifying maintenance and reassembly.
