Features

MALOSSI Maxi Fly System Centrifugal Clutch - Kymco (Manufacturer Ref: 5217420): a clutch + bell assembly designed for SPORT scooters and intensive urban use. The Maxi Fly System is engineered to withstand intense stop/start cycles, city traffic, repeated climbs, and rides with a passenger, where heat and traffic put significant strain on the centrifugal transmission.

Included:

Reinforced Fly Clutch for extreme urban use.
Forged and dynamically balanced steel clutch bell (DC04).

Technical specifications of the bell:

Forged deep-drawn steel bell Fe DC04.
Central hub made from machined carbon steel round bar and TIG welded.
Welded anti-vibration band at 3 points at 120° to limit resonances.
100% dynamic balancing for smoother rotation.
Surface treatment by nitriding for better wear resistance.

Product stemming from Malossi's expertise, designed for reliability and longevity in urban conditions. Compatible with several Kymco 350 scooters (e.g., DTX360, SuperDink/Downtown) — please check the exact compatibility with your model before installation.
