MALOSSI Maxi Fly System - Clutch with Ø150 Bell (ref. 5219253)

Designed for urban commuting and frequent demands, the Maxi Fly system combines a reinforced centrifugal clutch and a balanced steel bell. Intended for riders seeking a robust component for repeated starts in traffic, frequent accelerations, or use with a passenger, this kit incorporates Malossi's expertise gained from testing and competition.

Highlights

Fly Clutch: reinforced centrifugal clutch, designed for intense use and load variations.
Clutch Bell: soft steel DC04 bell formed by cold pressing and dynamically balanced.
Carbon steel hubs assembled by TIG welding for reliable mechanical strength.
Anti-vibration collar stamped, secured by three weld points spaced at 120° to limit vibrations.
100% balancing performed on production and heat treatment by soft nitriding.

Product suitable for intensive urban use. Example compatibilities: HONDA FORZA 350 (2023-2024), HONDA ADV 350 (2024). Check the reference and diameter Ø150 before installation.
