The Bassani Xhaust Super Bike 2-in-1 exhaust system is aimed at road and touring riders who want a dark look and a bold sound. The headers are hand-welded using MIG and then powder-coated black to withstand the elements, while the stainless steel muffler body is TIG welded and finished in black powder coat. The result is both robust and uniform, perfectly suited for large displacement Harleys.

• Configuration: 2-in-1 mid-length system with 1-3/4" headers transitioning to 1-7/8" to optimise gas flow.
• Muffler: Straight body of 11" (outer diameter 4" ≈ 10 cm) with a black aluminium tip.
• Sound: Removable baffle with spiral core for an aggressive sound that can be controlled as desired.
• Engine management: 18 mm and 12 mm O2 ports supplied with adapters and plugs.
• Finish & accessories: Powder-coated mild steel heat shields, mounting kit included.
• Manufacturing: Made in the USA. For CVO models, the use of the Bassani footpeg spacer kit ref. 1621-1205 is recommended.

Compatible with the listed large Harley Road Glide and Street Glide CVO models, this Super Bike offers a balance between matte black aesthetics, durability, and sound character — a consistent choice for the road and grand touring.
