Spark Custom Works Racing stainless steel Complete LineRef : SPK0195 / SPGTR8802I

Manufacturer reference: GTR8802I — Spark Custom Works 70's (Full 2-in-2 system), competition exhaust system.

This complete Spark system has been developed to enhance the neo-retro style and performance of the British twin-cylinder. It replaces the entire heavy original exhaust system with a high-side 2-in-2 setup. This "Racing" version is exclusively reserved for use on the track or closed roads and does not have road approval.

• Finish: stainless steel collectors (AISI 304 stainless steel) + double 70's silencer in stainless steel.

• Compatible models: Triumph Scrambler 900 (2005-2015).

• Specificity: high-side mounting (High mount) respecting the original aesthetics, enhanced by the sleek finish of the Custom Works range.

• Weight: 6.2 kg (a significant weight reduction of -5.8 kg compared to the 12.0 kg of the original complete system).

• Soundproofing: dB killer not included (sold separately).

Dynamically, this complete system transforms the behaviour of the Triumph Scrambler 900. The weight reduction of nearly 6 kg, positioned high on this model, proportionally lowers the centre of gravity and significantly improves the handling of the machine. The gas flow is completely freed by the removal of the catalysts, offering better throttle response and a deep, throaty sound characteristic of English twins.

(Note: The installation of this racing complete system ideally requires an adjustment of the injection mapping to optimise the air/fuel ratio and ensure mechanical reliability).
