Specifically developed for the CRF450R/RX 2025, the RS-12 Signature Series full system from YOSHIMURA US combines the latest manufacturer innovations for off-road exhausts. Made from stainless steel with a carbon muffler cap, it utilizes hydroforming and high-quality finishes to optimize fitment and durability without compromising performance.

• Hydroformed muffler: lightweight sleeve and single-piece resonator for improved strength.
• Hydroformed primary header: optimized oval/round transition and fewer welds.
• Machined carbon-coated gasket: reduces friction and eliminates the need for anti-seize grease.
• Collector resonator developed with Honda HRC to optimize response across the entire engine range.
• Molded header: increased strength and easier installation/removal.
• Acoustic insert INS-32-K included and installed for factory-tuned sound.
