• Designation: Full crankpin HOT RODS 24x48 mm
• Brand: HOT RODS
• Category: Connecting rod crankpin
• Manufacturer reference: P112

The crankpin connects the connecting rod and the crankshaft: it supports rotation and transmits forces between these components. This part is designed to replace a worn or damaged crankpin during engine reassembly. Before installation, carefully check the dimensions and alignment with the original crankshaft and connecting rod to ensure a proper fit.

Practical advice: check the condition of the bearing surfaces and concentricity, ensure proper lubrication during installation, and follow the manufacturer's recommendations for clearance checks and assembly. If in doubt, entrust the installation to a specialized workshop to prevent premature wear or engine imbalance.
