As a connecting piece between the connecting rod and the crankshaft, the crankpin is a critical component of the bottom end. The lubrication drilling facilitates the delivery of oil to the bearing, useful during reassembly or engine refurbishment operations. Before installation, check the compatibility with your bearing diameter and the tolerances of your crankshaft to ensure proper fitting.
Ideal for preparations and replacements on compatible 35x62 mm engines, this crankpin is essential for repair and maintenance operations of the bottom end. Follow manufacturer recommendations during installation and tightening to ensure proper alignment of the connecting rod and adequate lubricant distribution at the bearing.
