Transparent Heat Shrink Tubing BIHR Ø12 — 1.2 m (Ref. A0016411)
Transparent heat shrink tubing designed for motorcycle wiring: protection and insulation of connections while allowing visual inspection of the assembly during and after shrinking. Ideal for harnesses, terminals, headlight connectors, turn signals, sensors, and other exposed electrical points.
- Brand: BIHR
- Diameter: Ø 12 mm (before shrinking)
- Length: 120 cm
- Shrink Ratio: 3:1 (final diameter ≈ 4 mm)
- Shrink Temperature: +120 °C
Easy to apply: slide the tubing before soldering or crimping your terminals, then apply a controlled heat source (heat gun recommended) to achieve a tight and even hold on the harness. The transparency facilitates inspection of solder joints and alignment of conductors without disassembling the entire setup. Suitable for maintenance and customization work, it provides a clean finish and extends the durability of connections against vibrations and handling.
Motorcycle tip: pre-cut several lengths for your quick repairs around the wheel or under the seat — the BIHR tubing remains a simple and effective accessory to secure your electrical connections.
