Intended for urban riders who demand responsiveness and reliability, it features forged components and thermal treatments aimed at increased durability while maintaining a lively engine behavior thanks to its 43 mm stroke.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• 1/2 shaft material: 18 Ni Cr Mo5 steel, monolithic forged rotating mass.
• Shaft: Ø 12 mm — stroke: 43 mm. Suitable for configurations for Malossi MP-ONE casing.
• Subjected to 5 thermal treatment operations with a refined surface finish.
• Forged connecting rod in 18 Ni Cr Mo5, H-section for better stiffness-to-weight ratio.
• Engine bearing: precision ball bearing for high loads; dynamic balancing up to 16,000 rpm.
• Manufactured on high-precision machine tools for optimized assembly and balancing.

Main compatibilities: PIAGGIO Ciao, Bravo, Grillo, Boxer, Ciao PX, Superbravo, Boss — all in 50 2T for Malossi MP-ONE casing.
