High-precision crankshaft designed for 50 cm3 2-stroke urban and competition engines. This R.H.Q. Malossi features a monolithic forged construction with half-shafts made of 18 Ni Cr Mo5 to provide a robust mechanical base and optimized balance. Designed for a 10 mm shaft and a stroke of 39.2 mm, it is compatible with the listed engines.

• Construction: solid forged half-shafts in 18 Ni Cr Mo5.
• Treatments: five thermal treatment operations on the components for enhanced finish and durability.
• Connecting rod: copper-plated connecting rod in 18 Ni Cr Mo5, mounted on a precision roller bearing for high-speed operation.
• Balancing: calibrated dynamic balancing for speeds up to 16,000 rpm.
• Dimensions: shaft Ø 10 mm — stroke 39.2 mm.
