WISECO Crankshaft Kit - Yamaha Blaster 200 (Manufacturer Part No: WWPC105)

This WISECO crankshaft kit includes all the necessary components for an engine rebuild on Yamaha YFS 200 Blaster. Assembled and machined in the factory according to OEM specifications, it provides a complete solution for replacing the crankshaft, bearings, and seals during an engine overhaul on a quad.

• Kit contents: assembled crankshaft, upper bearing, main bearings, complete set of lower seals, and connecting rod components (connecting rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top bearing, and thrust washers).
• Double-forged connecting rods, machined and shot-peened for dimensional consistency and improved mechanical strength.
• Cemented bores at 58–62 RC on the connecting rods and crank pin bearings made from rolled steel, for hardened bearing surfaces.
• Phosphor bronze thrust washers with silver coating and dimples to enhance oil retention and reduce friction.
