Aluminium for Cylinder - Silver by Touratech: protect and style the exposed cylinders of your boxer. Machined from 4 mm thick aluminium, this protector conforms to the contours of the cylinder to provide a shell resistant to debris, small stones, and scrapes during manoeuvres. Its sharp design adds an adventurous and sporty touch to a BMW R1250 while enhancing protection around the shiftcam mechanism and valve cover.

The geometry of the cylinder protector is designed to distribute and deflect forces in the event of a slide, thereby limiting direct stress on the valve cover. Sold in pairs, it visually and mechanically integrates with the front of your boxer without altering the original architecture.

Compatibility and Installation: primarily designed for BMW R1250GS / R1250R / R1250RS / R1250RT. For pairing with the protection bars ref. 01-037-5160-0 or 01-037-5162-0, the part 01-037-5169-0 is required. With the original engine protections (R1250 GS Adventure), remove the rubber element. Not suitable for use with Option 917 covers.
