Made from electropolished stainless steel, the 25 mm tube provides a sturdy frame while the reinforced plastic sliders (fibreglass) rest on a wide surface in the event of a fall or slide. The entire setup is designed to absorb and distribute impact forces, protecting the vulnerable engine components without compromising ground clearance.

Targeted Protection: guard positioned to protect the cylinders and valve covers of the R1300GS.
