Features

The Touratech reinforcement bar transforms the original BMW engine protection frame into a true reinforced protection element. Designed to technically and visually integrate with the original frame, it provides an additional support point around the engine to enhance protection in the event of a fall or slide.

Material: stainless steel tube, diameter 25 mm
Finish: electropolished surface for a silver appearance and improved corrosion resistance
Function: reinforcement of the original engine guard/frame
Installation: easy to install thanks to a revised mounting technique
Packaging: set for both sides

Designed for riders looking to complement the OEM equipment of their R1200GS (LC), this reinforcement bar harmonises in diameter and appearance with the original BMW frame. It does not alter the look of the machine while adding a structural piece around the engine.

Compatibility: BMW R1200GS (LC) 2013-2016 and R1200GS Adventure (LC) 2014-2016. Does not combine with the fairing frame extension (ref. 045-5165) and is not suitable for the special "Adventure Triple Black" model.
